1. Products & Orders

  • We sell kitchen organization and storage products, including seasoning jars, oil pots, and seasoning racks.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for using products as intended and following all care instructions.

  • Seasoning Jars:

    • Inspect for chips or cracks before each use; discard if damaged.

    • Ensure lids are properly sealed to maintain freshness.

    • Keep away from heat sources (stove, oven) and steam.

    • For glass jars, avoid sudden temperature changes (thermal shock) .

  • Oil Pots:

    • Clean spouts regularly to prevent clogging.

    • Store away from direct sunlight and heat.

    • Replace oil if it becomes rancid or cloudy.

    • For glass bottles, avoid thermal shock.

  • Seasoning Racks:

    • For wall-mounted units, install into studs or use appropriate wall anchors.

    • Do not exceed weight capacity.

    • Place heavier items on lower shelves.

    • Periodically check mounting hardware for tightness.

    • For countertop racks, ensure stable placement.

3. Food Contact Compliance
Our products are manufactured to comply with applicable FDA food contact safety standards :

  • Glass/Ceramic: Meet FDA CPG 7117.06/07 lead and cadmium leaching limits

  • Plastics: Comply with FDA 21 CFR 177 requirements; BPA-free where applicable

  • Metal: Food-grade stainless steel or coated metals meeting FDA 21 CFR 175.300

4. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some ceramic or glazed products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be clearly displayed on the product page and packaging .

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, food spoilage from improper sealing, damage from improper installation of racks, breakage from thermal shock, or injuries from misuse.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
